Mobile Liftgate Repair
A liftgate that won’t raise, won’t hold or won’t stow can shut down a delivery route. We repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical liftgate problems on-site on box trucks, straight trucks and trailers, including Maxon, Waltco and Tommy Gate gates. Leaking hoses, weak pumps, worn cylinders, bad switches and corroded wiring are everyday fixes for us.

Fleet Preventive Maintenance at Your Yard
If your trucks come back to the same lot each day, we can service them there. Our techs handle scheduled preventive maintenance, annual DOT inspections and the repairs those visits turn up, right in your yard, so units aren't sitting at a shop waiting for a bay. We build the schedule around your routes, whether you run three box trucks or a yard full of tractors and trailers.
Every PM visit includes:
- Oil change with a new oil filter
- New fuel filters
- Grease on kingpins, U-joints, steering and suspension points
- Bumper-to-bumper inspection with a visual brake check
We track when each truck is due for PM and call you to schedule it.

What types of trucks do you repair?
We repair medium- and heavy-duty commercial trucks and trailers of all makes and models, including gas, diesel and propane trucks.
Do you offer emergency roadside assistance?
Yes. Our mobile techs come to your truck at the roadside, a dock, a job site or your yard. Dispatch is open Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM ET. Call 704-317-6161.
How quickly can you get to my truck?
Once a tech is dispatched, the typical arrival time is 60 to 90 minutes, depending on where you are and how many calls are ahead of you. We offer same-day service during business hours. Call 704-317-6161 and dispatch will confirm your arrival time.
What does a service call cost?
There's no mileage charge, no minimum and no call-out fee. Each service call has a flat $75 fuel charge, plus labor, parts, shop supplies and taxes. We'll go over the price with you up front.
What is included in your fleet maintenance programs?
Our fleet preventive maintenance (PM) is done at your yard. Each PM includes an oil change with a new oil filter, new fuel filters, grease on the kingpins, U-joints, steering and suspension points, and a bumper-to-bumper inspection with a visual brake check. We can do annual DOT inspections on the same visit.
Do you keep track of when my trucks are due for PM?
Yes. We track each truck's PM due date and call you to schedule the visit.
Do you work on personal or non-commercial vehicles?
No. We only service commercial trucks and trailers.
What are your hours?
