What’s in Our Fleet PM
Every PM visit covers the same four things, on every unit:
- Oil change: we drain the old engine oil, put on a new oil filter and refill with fresh oil.
- Fuel filters: we replace the fuel filters, so dirty fuel doesn’t starve the engine or wear out injectors.
- Grease (chassis lube): we grease the chassis fittings, such as kingpins, U-joints, steering linkage and suspension points, so parts move freely instead of wearing against each other.
- Bumper-to-bumper inspection: the tech walks the whole truck and checks brakes (a visual brake check), tires, lights, fluids, belts and hoses, steering and suspension, the air system and more.

Done On-Site at Your Yard

PMs and DOT Inspections Together
A PM and an annual DOT inspection are two different services. The PM keeps the truck healthy between inspections. The DOT annual inspection is our 120-point inspection that every commercial vehicle needs at least once a year. Many fleets book both on the same visit, so the truck only comes off the road once.
