Mobile Truck Repair in Denver, NC
Denver is the unincorporated community on the west shore of Lake Norman in eastern Lincoln County, once known as Dry Pond. It has grown fast since the lake filled, and the building boom keeps contractor trucks, concrete and grading rigs and delivery vans busy on every main road. Red Rover Service repairs trucks and trailers where they sit in Denver. Our Monroe shop is about 43 driving miles away, but a tech is based nearby on the west side, in eastern Lincoln County, and another tech lives in Mooresville just across the lake.

Denver’s Main Roads
- NC-16 Business, Denver’s main street, which locals still call Old 16. The signals at Campground Road/Forney Hill Road and St. James Church Road back up at rush hour, and NCDOT is studying fixes there.
- NC-16 Bypass, the four-lane highway along the southwest edge of town that most trucks use to reach Charlotte.
- NC-73, the road along the south end of the lake near Cowans Ford Dam toward Huntersville. NCDOT has a widening planned between NC-16 and Huntersville, so expect work zones in the next few years.
- NC-150, which crosses NC-16 at the northwest corner of Denver and runs east over the lake bridges to Mooresville and west to Lincolnton.
Much of Denver is new subdivisions and lakefront lots with tight cul-de-sacs, steep driveways and HOA rules about where a big truck can park. If your rig stopped on a job site inside a new neighborhood, tell us the lot number and the best way in. For a dump truck that died on a dirt pad, a GPS pin beats an address that doesn’t exist yet.
Builders, pool and dock contractors, landscapers and lake service companies run a lot of equipment trailers here, and a dead light or a bad plug can stop a crew from leaving the yard. We fix those on site, along with the truck pulling them.
